MS Vision employs a team of senior engineers specialised in application and technical support for a large range of both past and current Thermo Finnigan mass spectrometery systems. Our aim is to ensure maximum uptime through a combination of thorough preventive maintenance schedules together with rapid and expert intervention in the case of instrument breakdown.
MS Vision offers a selection of contract levels which cater for most requirements and budgets. However, our standard contract levels are not exhaustive and we are more than happy to provide tailor made contracts for any customer.
